At Long Run Co., we want you to love every mile—and every order. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Order Issues

If there’s a problem with your order (damaged items, wrong product, missing items, etc.), please email info@longrun.co with a description of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re happy to consider returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and received, refunds will be issued either via store credit or to the original form of payment. Please allow a few business days for processing.

A Few Notes

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Some items (like opened consumables) may not be eligible for return, but if something’s off, reach out—we’ll always do our best to help.
