Is there nicotine?

Do I chew or swallow the pouch?

No. Tuck it between your lip and gum. The flavor lasts up to 90 minutes, then you can throw it out.

How many can I use in a day?

General recommendation is to not exceed 400 mg of caffeine per day. Each pouch has 100mg of caffeine.

Long Run Coffee does not have sweeteners. Flavored coffees use natural oil extracts to create the products flavor profile. Traditional coffees do not have any oil extracts.
